Immobility, Inc./dba “MyImmobi” is a professional technology company that is developing the MyImmobi Defensive Tie Down immobilizer and preparing to manufacture the product to be offered for sale initially to law enforcement and then to the general public. The company’s home office is currently located near Churchland Rd in Chesapeake, Virginia. Shipping will be accomplished through local, regional, and national carriers such as Amazon, or as a later alternative, may be available through stores such as Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Circuit City, and more.

Immobility, Inc. is a corporation registered in the state of Virginia and the MyImmobi brand is trademarked with a patent pending for the MyImmobi patented technology and products.

Reduce rapes and assaults around the world. For many years crime has been on a constant increase all over the US and around the globe. Our goal is to supply humans with an effective way to thwart an attacker, yet hurt no one, with automatic geo-location notification of the incident to police in real time.

Meet the Founder

Harold G. Moore has over 35 years of progressive and responsible business leadership experience and scientific entrepreneurship. Mr. Moore is an Armed Forces veteran and has a BS in Chemistry from the University of Richmond, VA, with experience in plastics, rubber, paints, and catalytic solutions, and was also a Forensic Drug Chemist for the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is additionally a Class A General Contractor of many years, and is the owner of other patents. He is responsible for the overall decision making of the company, ongoing.

On May 31, 2019, twelve municipal workers were shot and killed in Harold’s residence city of Virginia Beach, with many more being injured. This tragic event in the community served as direct inspiration for Harold to take action. With the idea of an immobilizer and exactly how to create it in Mr. Moore’s mind for quite some time, it was now time to bring this idea to a reality. The wheels were set in motion and into the lab he went.

Fast forward to today, and MyImmobi has a working prototype of the technology as well as a patent pending and trademark with the US Patent Office (#4,912,869 & #5,988,036) and active research with renowned engineering and research institutions such as Virginia Tech and Stanford University. The next steps are to secure additional required funding to refine the nanotechnology involved and move towards a fully-functional prototype.

Going from a Prototype to Production

MyImmobi will require additional support, (administrative, marketing, quality assurance, and production) as needed to support the growing list of customers in a timely manner. As needed, we are obtaining outside support to ensure that all accounting is kept in an orderly manner and up to date.
